Evelyn L. Steinberger, 76, of Springfield passed away peacefully Tuesday afternoon, October 14, 2008 in the Summerville at Fox Run in Fairborn, Ohio.

She was born May 13, 1932 in Springfield, the daughter of Lesile R. and Rhoda L. (McDonald) Rice.

Survivors include a special friend, Linda (Don) Coyle of Enon.

She was preceded in death by her parents and beloved husband of 56 years, Russell T. Steinberger in December of 2007.

A very special thanks to the nurses and staff of Crossroads Hospice for their love and care they gave to Evelyn.
