David O. Protsman, 68, of Springfield, passed away Tuesday, May 6, 2008 in Community Hospital.

He was born December 13, 1939 in Springfield the son of H. George and Georgia E. (Mitchell) Protsman. Mr. Protsman was retired from Windy Knoll Farms.

Survivors include his aunt Fynetta ( Bill) Sinfield, his uncle Charles (Vi) Mitchell, five nephews: James, Richard, Robert, Wade and Phillip (Marilyn) Protsman, two nieces; Patricia Protsman (Scott Jarvis) and Lucinda (Michael) McCalister, sisters in law; Virginia Protsman-Hayes, Carol Protsman and Ruth Ann Grube and six great nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers; Charles and Wayne.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are being handled by the JONES-KENNEY-ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME.
