Ann T. Butts, 62, of Springfield, died April 21, 2008 in Springfield Regional Medical Center High Street Campus.

She was born December 29, 1945 in Springfield, Ohio to Virgil and Rita (Arthur) Young.

She was formerly employed as a Licensed Practical Nurse for Mercy Medical Center for a number of years. Ann was a member of St. Raphael Catholic Church and was an active member and volunteer with the St. Vincent DePaul Society.

Survivors include 2 children, Amy Butts and Phillip Butts, Springfield and 3 grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday in St. Raphael Church with the family receiving friends ½ hour prior in the church. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Memorial donation may be made to the St. Vincent DePaul Society. Conroy Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
