Amy Nicole Moore, 28, of Patriot, Ohio, passed away at 6:30 AM Thursday, June 19, 2008 in her residence. She was born January 3, 1980 in Harlan, Kentucky, the daughter of Sharry (Smith) Long and Thomas Moore.

Survivors include her mother of South Charleston, her father of Patriot, two sons Khrizdon Archbold and Devohn Johnson, one sister Errolyn Blaze, South Charleston, and several aunts and uncles.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday in the JONES-KENNEY-ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME with Pastor Rick Clos officiating. Friends may visit with the family for one hour prior to the services. Burial will follow in Garlough Cemetery.
